Just a reminder that this Thursday evening from 6-8 PM several of my favorite paintings will be featured at the Member's Invitational show at the South County Art Association. The work I've submitted will emphasize New England themes and represents watercolors completed over several decades. I also used the opportunity to sneak in a piece or two from other subject matter that still qualifies as a "chestnut". These are also some of my best sellers! Hope you can make it!

Tomorrow evening, 5/7, beginning at 5:30 PM, several of my paintings including "Alcoa" will be on exhibit at the Warwick Center for the Arts located 3259 Post Rd., Warwick, R.I. for the annual Member's Invitational show. Five other artists were also invited to participate and together the work presented will reflect the theme "Humanity and the Environment". Invitations such as these do not go out often and generally reflect a higher quality of work and accomplishment. Obviously I'm pleased to have been included. If you can't make this event I've also been invited to a similar exhibit at the South County Art Association with an opening set for 5/21. Different work will be on display at each event.
